15 March 2019 – Leading with Relationship Intelligence

Working together collaboratively in organisations has shown to have its challenges. Raising our awareness of the relationship dynamic that exists in our human systems is a foundational step to working together more effectively.

Our workplaces are essentially human systems. We develop ideas and then collaborate with a myriad of people to bring these ideas to life.

Without Relationship Systems Intelligence and the awareness of the relationship dynamic we can miss the opportunity of being more skilful when working with the insider-outsider dynamic, especially in this fast-paced, pressured and complex world.

In this session we will explore where in human systems we experience ourselves as insiders and where we experience ourselves as outsiders in various situations in the dynamic of these systems.

You will gain personal insight to these and other questions:
• How can organisations balance the needs of their insiders and the challenges of their outsiders?
• When am I an insider and when an outsider?
• What can I learn from those that are in a different insider/outsider role from me?

The meeting will be highly interactive, providing a visceral and insightful space in which we will leverage off the myriad of experiences in our own lives, providing an empathic learning environment.

Please join us in exploring how Relationship Systems Intelligence can help us respond constructively to insider-outsider dynamics at home and at work.
