Thoughtsmiths will again be offering their flagship ICF accredited Coach Training Programme in April this year.

The Thoughtsmiths Coach Training programme is an intensive, highly experiential and transformative learning experience. Over a period of just 2 months this internationally accredited programme equips OD practitioners with the skills sufficient to open their own coaching practice, and organisational leaders and managers with the skills needed to activate the potential their people through incisive and creative ‘thinking conversations’.

As OD practitioners, coaching skills are an essential piece of our toolkit. If you are new to coaching, this programme will provide you with practical skills you can apply immediately to coach effectively. As an experienced coach, this programme offers a opportunity to deepen and sharpen your skill, and gain ICF and COMENSA approved training.

Course format (40 ICF ACSTH hours)

This is a two-month learning experience comprising 3 face to face days, followed by 8 x 90min virtual mini-classes in which we will cover the following modules:

  • Coaching skills
  • Deepening coaching skills
  • Applications of coaching skills in the workplace
